Notification Issues

Hi,

I have set SerivceDesk Plus to send particular technicians to receive notifications on any changes made to the domain scan, which runs on a daily basis.

I know changes have been made as it is being shown in the Audit trial tab, but for some reason emails are no longer being sent out.

The email side on things is probably the biggest area of concern. We are also not receiving emails for contract notifications. All of which can be sent manually.

We are using SDP V7.18
