Notification Issue

Notification Issue

Hello,

We have it set up so that we have a template for "New Employee" and it has 4 tasks associated with it, each to a different technician. It assigns the request to a GROUP not a particular technician. With that, if a requestor replies or makes a change to their request no one is notified of that change because their is no ONE techician only the group. Is there a way with a business rule or something that I can set up to automatically send an email when a change occurs? I am not sure. Please let me know,
