Notification emails sent to requesters/technicians
I hope something is being done to properly format the look of the emails being sent to requesters and technicians, as the information is badly misaligned and be presented much better. Or maybe you will give the admin the ability to customize how it will look and preview it in the application before saving.
this is the one part of the system which makes it seem like shareware/freeware, but we all know it's a very good system despite this.
