Notification email, send to account manager as well as requestor
Dear ME Team,
We need our account manager to receive notifications with the tickets that we raised to the customers.
Could you please advise how to do that.
The scenario that we are expecting, once the service desk team receive or log an ticket, the internal key account manager supposed to receive notification with the ticket details whatever it's opened directly from the customer side or from serviceDesk side
I found on option only with the reply but here the ServiceDesk need to select that checkbox manually
We need it automated once the ticket logged under specified account, each account manager that managing his/her account to receive a notification with the details of the ticket.
