Notification email in HTML format
Email notifications don't seem to like HTML formatted email. If a new ticket is created or updated and ServiceDesk sends out a notification and it was in HTML format the email notification contains the HTML tags and such with it, instead of just the text of the email.
I created a test ticket and here is what I received as the technician:
