Hello

We just noticed, that it is no longer possible to add a Notification Action after a Transition in the request life cycle without adding a criteria as well as actions (see attached screenshot). This is critical for our use case since we implemented many notification actions after a transition without any criteria or action in the past. We are currently using version 11138. Am I doing something wrong? Any chance of fixing this with the next update?
