I encountered an issue with the "request timer actions" feature that I create to send notification by email when the technician is not assigned However, the issue is when using it to send notifications for templates that require approval. When creating a template that requires approval, I assign a technician and then press "Add request." However, due to a specific option I enabled, the technician is hidden until all approvers have given their approval, and then the initially chosen technician is reassigned automatically. The problem is that the notification set up with the “request timer action” applies to these templates that require approval as well. I'm looking for a solution where the notification to the assigned technician is disabled only if the technician is None AND the approval status is pending approval. The notification should only be sent once the template has been approved and the technician has not been assigned.
