Notificaion Emails - Send upon new ticket
I was wondering if it was possible to do this.
When a user creates a new ticket, for an email to be sent to X@Y.Z
However, when lets say I create a ticket and assign it to myself only I get an email.
Basically, when a ticket is created and is unassigned, notify X@Y.Z otherwise, dont.
I want to be notified when there is a new ticket, but not when a co-worker creates one .
