This is an announcement regarding the upcoming server upgrade in our US datacenter on Saturday, 29 July 2023 between 20:30 to 23:30 PDT. A brief downtime of 5 to 30 minutes is expected during this upgrade window, during which the web console will not be accessible. As the upgrade will happen in batches, the exact time of unavailability varies between customers. Applicable products are Endpoint Central Cloud, Patch Manager Plus Cloud and Remote Access Plus Cloud.

Only a single cluster of US datacenter is being upgraded. Hence, only a small fraction of US customers are expected to be affected, while the rest of global customers will remain unaffected.

How do you know if you'll be impacted? You will receive a notification within the console.
