Not working correctly with Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer

After upgrading to 13.0 Build 13002 we have found the application is not working correctly with the below browsers.

Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox.

The only browser it seems to be working fine with it Microsoft Edge.

When opening a template or completing a ticket with Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox its not displaying the templates correctly and when they enter their own information and add request, its saying some fields have been left blank, even thought clearly there is text within the fields.

Is there a fix for this issue?  As our users have the option to use up to 4 browsers.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
