Not sure from where the mails are landing in Manage Engine ticketing tool
Team,
We now have OAuth authentication enabled in the ticketing tool. We have also cleared all the mails in the Inbox. There are no mails in the Inbox now. But even then the count is showing as 22409. We would like to know from where these mails are coming and all these mails are very old much before we started using this ticketing tool. Also, pasted below is the API permissions given.
