I am using ServiceDesk Plus v9.2. See below notification setup. Apparently, all settings needed under Technician Notifications module are set, but technicians are not getting any notifications.

Have also check the Junk filter condition under Admin-->Notification rule? If any of the condition matches though none do match.

Kindly assist on this.
