We are using Service Desk Plus Standard plan online portal . We have 10 technician license and the subscription will expire in next 4 months time. If we don't renew the online subscription what will happen?, I have few queries about that.
1) Can the technicians or any user can login to SDP portal after expiry date and can view our old tickets?
2) If technicians cannot login how we can take the back of of all our old records including requests, attachments and resolutions ?
3) Is there any way that we can export all the data (requests, solution, attachments) from online portal and import it in a free version of SDP
