Not Recieving Notification on Probe Down

We found that the notification Profile "Probe Down" was full of fields which were grayed-out and could not be edited.

Although the Email fields were not grayed-out, and could be edited and saved, once a probe would go down, the fields would revert back to their previous values, and the notification would go to the wrong place.

We tried creating a duplicate Notification profile, with the same settings but which emailed a different address; when we did this we found that the notifications for the probe going down were only being sent out by the original profile.

We removed the original notification profile from all devices, and left only the new notification profile. To our amazement the emails still came through the original Notification profile (proven due to text specific to that profile)

We deleted the original notification profile, and re-assigned all probes with the new notification profile again (just to be sure). Now we no longer get emails of any sort when a probe goes down.
