Not receiving setup link in mailbox

Hello, I have the following issue: When I’m trying to log into PMP and, at the step for introducing the Microsoft Authenticator code, I want to click on “have trouble using MicrosoftAuthenticator?", next I introduce my username and email in a pop-up window, and then it says "Your request has been processed. A link to setup Microsoft Authenticator Authentication has been sent to %myemail%" But I receive nothing on my email. Does anyone got any advice on what could be the problem here? Thanks in advance.
