Not receiving closing notifications
Our requesters are not receiving notifications when the request is set to resolved or closed. They do receive a notification when the request is created.
We have the following notifications enabled:

- E-mail user when a request is resolved.
|
|
|
- Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is closed.
