Not displaying correctly in browsers

Hello All

We have recently updated to build 11306. We have an issue where some technicians who login do not see the top menu bar, and the screens do not render correctly (just sit there spinning wheel). Other users are fine. Affected users can install a new browser and it works correctly. Clearing cache/browser history on affected browsers does not solve, neither does uninstall/reinstall of browser (chrome/Edge/IE) resolve the issue.

It seems to be if an affected person logs out and back in this breaks SDP rendering. We dont use roaming profiles, its all just local.

Any ideas ?
