We have this configured:
Helpdesk Customizer - Notification Rules
Acknowledge requester by e-mail when the request is closed.
But, If requester respond the e.mail, then Servicedesk reopen the request as a new request.
It’s posible to not allow this?
If requester try to respond email, receive a e-mail that say “This resquest has been closed reopen a new one request” for example.
