not all data is collected

Hello,

I installed Netflow Analyzer 4 one week ago and have a problem.
I have a CISCO7200 Router that exports the netflow data to my Debian server with Netflow Analyzer. I tried to download a file with 50MB but the traffic displays only 2,8MB. Is it normal or where is the problem?
Can anyone help me please?
