It looks like the system is only considering the default completed statuses ("Resolved", "Closed") when archiving requests.

Requests that are in a custom completed status (such as "Closed - no Survey") are not being archived, even though they are completed.

All columns up to 2015 should show 0 since all these requests are supposed to be archived.
