Not all asset data is transferred to ServiceDesk Plus

Hi,

We have Desktop Central Enterprise and ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise running and they are integrated, which is working fine. The integrated is however not optimal since not all metadata is transferred or mapped correctly.

"Computer Type" is fx not transferred correctly and all computers are listed in the "Desktop" section in SDP and is not separate as Desktops and Laptops. Windows servers is in the "Servers" section and not in "Windows Server" section and so on. Is there a fix for that?

We have also used the "Owner" filed in DC and have some custom fields in DC that we would like to have transferred to SDP. Are there any plans for that?
