I'm using OpManager since few days and it seems Greatest Product i have seen for monitoring.

I have tried to monitor the database for our sql server. Provided the credentials to access the db but somehow i cant see the list of dbs, it seems empty but in the server we have some databases.

 

Can someone help me to check where can i look to add the database to monitor?

 

For another sql server everything is fine and i can see the list of database and alredy added to monitor, working fine.

 

Let me know the possible way to sort this out.
