Not able to delete a workstation from servicedesk
I am not able to delete a workstation from servicedesk(Assets Category).I am getting following error.Pls help.
FAILURE :Database exception while deleting Workstation. : Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails
Please report the problem to the system administrator, with the Error Code - 1,238,241,091,765.
