Nortel 55XX backup issue

i am currently demo'ing DeviceExpert and we have a lot of Nortel 55XX switch's... i have the credentials set to get the config but it blows up at the end of the test phase... the app does an "exit" but the cli wants an "L" after that exit. it hangs at that point and will not complete.

any help getting past this point would be greatly appreciated.
