noobert problems with opmanager 6.0 v. unable to edit device
So our company just purchased opmanager ... i am experiencing some issues and was wondering if anyone here could help out
1). it seems incredibly slow - running it on a win2k3 box dual proc with 2G of ram and this is really the only non operating system process running what so ever. it is incredibly slow at adding devices (I have already tried disabling the auto discover but this has not increased performance at all) i only have 3 or 4 devices added so far.
2). out of the blue it just refuses to edit or re/add devices. Rebooting the server remedies this issue... haven't tried manually stopping and starting the service but it happens very frequently (every few hours)
3). All me reports show blank with no data ... is this a new ver of opmanager that has known issues? the cpu and memory utilization didn't even work until today.
