None notification received.

opmanager version: Build Number : 7200
i dont set up service monitors/ windows service monitors..
The only thing i have setup is "server is down" to receive notification "notification profile".
but when server is down, I have no received notification from opmanger to my cell phone.
what i setup is "send sms" using our email server to my cell phone.
