We are importing mobile phones trough the API so we dont need to import it manually.

So the mobiles are handled in a excel spreedsheet and are converted to a cvs file that the integration engine reads and then populate the CMDB into a CI-type that are Non-IT asset.

But the system allocates licenses for the mobiles.

As I understand it Non-IT asset should not allocate a license.

I hope that someone can explain why the system allocates licenses.
