NO work - Install OpManager in Centos5

NO work - Install OpManager in Centos5

I get this error when I try start Opmanager on linux - Centos 5
Can anybody help?

I have changed the webserver port 8080 or 9090 - no luck

Falla al establecer conecci�n con el servidor Web. Apagando OpManager.
