I are in the process of setting up additional monitoring with OpManager 8 (build 8812) and have run across an issue with getting any WMI credentials to work with a Windows 2003 Terminal server.  This server is on our domain, and with the exception of the Terminal Services software running on it is the same as every other Windows server we have in our environment.  I have logged in using a couple of different credential sets directly onto the hardware, so I know that the credentials work, but OpManager insists that the WMI credentials aren't valid (protocal test "Failed").  We are using these credentials to successfully monitor 50+ other machines (we're using a domain monitoring account).

 

Has anyone else run into this before?  Suggestions?
