No visible way to change languages!

Hi there. This is the n-th time I install the free version of SDP. I've eliminated all the c:\adventnet\... folders before installing it once again.
I am working with an English Windows 2003 Server as a host, and the fresh download installed a 5010 version, no patches needed.

Well, in the "Personalize" menu, there is no option to change the Display Language!
And except for the welcome screen, that obeys the selected language in the browser, the rest of the screens are in plain English...

Tried to unload SDP, and reload it from command prompt, with the same results.

Any help?
