No Values in Log a ticket
Hello I've got a problem with the notification profile.
After the successful connection test between Opmanager and Servicedesk+ I want to create/change the ticket logging. But in the existing profile (Service-Desk-Ticketing) it's not possible to change the values. I also checked the mail-server settings, created new user accounts in OM and SD+ (admin/admin), checked in SD+ the technicians, categories and priorities for umlauts and so on and so on.
Is there anybody out there who can help me with this problem?
