No rollback from 7022, where can I find 7021?

We are excited about moving to 7504,but we've run into a slight 'testing' snag.
On our production machine, we're running 7021. On our dev machine we're running 7011. I'm not exactly sure how prod got moved to 7021 without the dev box being there first. Anyway, I was going to update dev to 7021 so that I could restore a current backup from our prod box on it to do some testing, and then if all went well, go through all the upgrades until I got to 7054, do testing, and if all went well it would go to prod.
Well, the problem is that for some reason unbeknownst to me, I upgraded dev to 7022 instead of 7021. Now I can't restore copies of our backups to it to test the environment with our current data. I can't roll the patch back, and I can't lay 7021 over it.
My current guess from reading other posts, is that you can NOT roll it back, and I will have to install a fresh copy of servicedesk in our dev environment. The problem is, I can't find the download section to get the right version. Can someone please direct me to the appropriate repository?
