It has been nearly two weeks since I spoke to someone that was supposed to have an engineer call me to discuss a large amount of issues we are experiencing with your software. No one has bothered to call or send an E-mail to provide an update as to when this is going to take place. I would expect that by the end of the week if we do not have some closure on these issues we will be requesting a full refund for the money invested in this tool that does not seem to be helping us out at all right now.
