No Reports Data from CPU/Memory or Graph Data

I have OpManager installed and working ok mostly but the reports and Graph Data do not seem to be working.

For my server it shows the percentage of CPU and Memory usage on the main monitor but if I click under "Other Graphs" and "CPU Utilization" it is blank.

Under Reports for CPU and Memory Utilization the part I really want it says "No Data Available"

Is there something special I need to configure on my server besides the SNMP Service ?

I don't understand why when I click on "Servers by CPU Utilization" there is no data.

This doesn't have anything to do that I've set my CPU alarm at 80% and none have hit that yet right ?

I would be greatful for any help at all.
