No replies in history request from CC users without accounts
Hello everyone!
We've got problem with replies that we don't see in request history. When emails are sending by requester or technician there's no problem, but when replies are sent by the users, who were added to CC by requester and who didn't have accounts in our system - we don't see any respond from them. Is there any option in system to catch messages from them and add to history request?
