Hi SD Plus tech,

   Problem:  Attachments in Solutions will not filter to Resolution description area.

 

I have serveral solution documents (.pdf) that have screen shoots.  While building the the Knowledge Base, I used the Attachment feature for documentation.

 

While in Resolutions, I click Search Solutions, find the solution, click Copy to Resolution, however the attachment with the instructions for the problem does not appear. 

 

Is there something I can do on this end to fix that?
