No more ssh sessions available on HP-UX

Hi there. I've been monitoring 4 HP-UX servers for the last few weeks and recently ran into a problem. There are no more ssh vty sessions available on any of the four servers being monitored. It seems that Application Manager, when using SSH to monitor HPUX, is not logging off or otherwise releasing the ssh session. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. This is a major concern for us.

Also, is there a way to use SNMP to monitor HP-UX machines? We have SNMP agents installed and they seem to work fine (I can add the HPUX boxes as Linux machines via SNMP).
