No more custom trigger notifications?
- In business rules, custom actions to trigger notifications is no more supported. However, existing rules with custom actions to trigger notifications are retained where you cannot modify the notification details except To and cc fields.

I see in the latest version - you are no longer allowing notifications from custom triggers? We have a custom trigger that sends am email to the department manager every time a technician on is team receives a new request via email. Is this going to work in the new version.
This is a very important feature for us.
