No monitors are working with Server 2000 Machine

I have a machine with Windows Server 2000 SP 4 but none of the monitors added will work. I get the standard message:

1. Check if SNMP is enabled on this device.

SNMP is installed and started

2. The SNMP request might have timed out

It probably did cause it takes a long time. I did set the time out to 10.

3. The OID may not have been implemented in the MIB.

If this is what I think it is I think the OID is loaded because every other server is using this monitor so I guessing it is loaded.

4. The device might be down

Nope, up and fine.

I tried to check the MibBrowser but when I check I dont think I am picking the MIB for the host resource. How do I know which MIB is for my host resource?
