No group assigned when "Pick up" or "Assign to:" are used in Request module
In my testing it seems that when the Pick Up button or the Assign to: drop down list are used to quickly assign a ticket in the Request module, that no Group is assigned. Am I overlooking a setting? Is this a feature I can request?
I know that a Technician can be in multiple groups, so it would be useful to be able to be presented with a choice in those cases.
