In version 8812 as well as in version 9010 I have an issue with the Email based notifications when an URL is down.

 

In the URL setup i chose the same profile I'm using for servers, routers, switches, UPS, etc. (where it is working fine) but i don't get any email. I notice this for any URL (I have arround 8 now).

 

When the URL goes down, I see it in the Recent Alarms but no email. I have run the report "Notification Profiles Triggered" and are present next to the notification for servers. The only problem is that the notifications from servers are received in Outloook but none from URL - attached the print screen.

 

I mention I have deleted the URL and re-create. I have add a complettly new URL but the same behaviour.
