No Due dates on new calls since moving to 7504

No Due dates on new calls since moving to 7504

Hi since I have upgraded to 7504 we have lost automatic due dates on new calls that have come in.

The calls that where moved form the older version have retained there due dates but new calls are blank.

I have checked the SLA's and they are all set with timings on each SLA...?

They where working fine until the upgrade...
