no data shown in monitor page

I installed opmanager ver 12000 with win2012r2 on vmware platform
but monitor page didn't show data, please help
i test snmp credential from change password and test passed
the monitor area is continune running but no graph shown, if i click test monitor, there will be a dot on the graph with no
further progress
