No Data Gathered in Availability Report

No Data Gathered in Availability Report

Hi,
 
Would like to refer a problem we've just encountered in OpManager. Last July 3, 2010 we we're still able to received Availabilty Report for selected devices. But on July 4 and July 5, the report were no longer able to gather availability of these devices. The report was sent with no data in it.
 
Your assistance is very much needed.
