Hi,

 

Would like to refer problem encountered in OpManager.

 

While OpManager is not yet joined in Active Directory it can still gather data for CPU, Disk, Memory utilization but once we joined it in Active Directory it can no longer gather data from the servers.

 

What might be the cause of this and how can we resolve this problem?
