No Category Code Showing When Entering Request
I have set up some templates for various types of requests. In the template definition, if I click on the Category field there is nothing to select. That's not so much a problem, I can live with it.
However, occasionally, when I go to create a new request there is nothing to select in the Category list which means I can't physically add the request to the Service Desk.
Has anybody else experienced this problem?
