No backup?
How is it that this product does not offer any back up solution other than the batch files included in the bin folder? How hard wold it be to take the code from service desk plus and make a real functioning backup job in the UI? come on guys... Here comes "its on the road map"..... yea I hear that about everything here... sick of it really.
