Newbie User - Old Import Query - Possibly
I have just bought the SD+ ( amongst other adventnet Product ) ... It is brill.
I have gone through the forums to see if there were possibilities around importing request details from an older other OEM helpdesk.
I read in a post from last may that such a feature was due q4 2006. Any update?
