I'm new to this site, so forgive me if this has already been answered.
I've recently been tasked with looking at our opmanager setup. One of the things that stands out for me is the number of emails we receive. I know part of this is due to the person currently looking after the system not fully configuring the setup.
I also think emails could be lowered if we didn't report on every issue, my idea would be something like this
Opmanager detects issue (x1)
waits 5 mins
Opmanager detects issue (x2)
waits 10 mins
Opmanager detects issue (x3)
sends emails
I'm not sure on how to do this so any advice would be great, the only flaw I can see in this setup is how to reset the counter.
