Newbie question
Hi,
I am currently evaluating SDP 7.0.0 and have come across an issue that I am sure has been dealt with but it is probably me being stupid!
How do I assign a call (request) to multiple assignees? Say I have a call that needs more than one person to carry out particular tasks before resolution.
